Bijan Pakzad dies

Bijan Pakzad smiles in his Rodeo Drive boutique. Behind him is a painting by Fernando Botero called "The Rich." Pakzad, who was born in Iran and dressed presidents and celebrities, once boasted in an ad that he sold "the costliest menswear in the world."
