She was 85.
The daughter of a physician and a registered nurse, Margaret Nicodemus Wilson was born in Baltimore and raised on West Biddle Street.
Mrs. Wright was a 1945 graduate of Girls' Latin School, where she had played field hockey and enjoyed swimming and sailing.
Before her 1963 marriage to Charles E. Wright Jr., a manager for Fidelity & Deposit Co. of Maryland, she had worked as a cardiac technician at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He died in 1990.
Mrs. Wright had been a longtime resident of Mayfield before moving to the assisted-living community last year.
She had been active with the Girl Scouts and was an active communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Sodality.
Mrs. Wright enjoyed spending summers at a family beach house at Bembe's Beach, overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, near Annapolis.
Services will be held at 5 p.m. Monday at Ruck Towson Funeral Home, 1050 York Road.
Surviving are a son, Charles E. Wright of Baltimore; a daughter, Louisa W. Troutner of Annapolis; a brother, Dr. Henry B. Wilson of Baltimore; a sister, Sarah V. McCardell of Stoneleigh; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
