Bolton's right about Obama. The man is dangerously incompetent. Hilary sees it and all of us who support her see it. I'm voting for McCain. NO OBAMA!

Bolton was sure right about Iraq I'm glad the republican thinkers are still being given access to media outlets
doug @ 10:10 PM PDT, Jun 6, 2008
Well, you can see where the Bush administration's lack of diplomacy has gotten us - so who is he to criticize Obama?
DudeAsInCool @ 8:35 PM PDT, Jun 6, 2008
Oh, Charlene, how little knowledge you have of 'recent' history!
John Bolton and Condi and some of their friends ARE Vulcans! Ask them!
John Bolton, Vulcan @ 5:52 PM PDT, Jun 6, 2008
Bolton is such a knowledgeable sophisticated statesman, isn't he?
Look how well the Administration foreign policy he helped craft is doing!
How remarkably successful the war he helped to start in Iraq is going!
How acclaimed he was in his career at the UN! How admired, how the rest of the world hung on his every word!
Our John knows naïveté if anyone knows naïveté!
John Bolton, Statesman @ 5:50 PM PDT, Jun 6, 2008
When asked during a televised debate if he -- Obama -- would meet and negotiate with dictatirships in Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and IRAN "without preconditions" he answered with two words -- "I WOULD."
Thsoe who claim he never said this aren't aware of the truth.
Bolton is right. Obama and his supporters are wrong.

Re the submission by "Gian"
Typical ad hominum attack of a Democratic Party member/voter. Doesn't address any of the observations made by Mr. Bolton. Clearly Gian is as ignorant of history as Mr. Obama. But, if you've nothing going for you, you can pull a "Hillary" and blurt out something, and damn the facts! You know -- lie.
I wonder if the American people will be fooled by the silver tongue? Once bitten .... ?

If Obama was picked by someone who the hell was Bush picked by. It damn sure wasn't the general population. I think that the problem with the Republican party is they created a world that they are not ready for nor prepared for. By opening up the markets and creating such a global society it allowed people too see that these people really don't know what they are doing.

The Times has the right to print Bolton; regardless of his beliefs. I also agree there should be a discussion of his points rather than name-calling (unlike "shrill, liberal ranting", "you lefties(sic) morons" and "idiots") because clearly only the "Obamaites" engage in mud slinging. But why is it that whenever "libs" express their views, it's: "Leave the country, Go join Chavez," Youre either with us or against us. People have the right to disagree with their government; the US is built upon political and religious freedom. I know theres rhetoric and bile on both sides; cant we have some intelligent analysis of the issues, instead?

Los Angeles Times,
I'm so happy you have given up journalistic integrity by having Bush-Appointed figure-heads write your articles for you. Why not just let McCain write the article themselves.
Why don't you leave the journalism to the real papers, and you can stick to your forte...celebrity pregnancies.
