Why does the innocent baby in these cases have to pay the price for an unfortunate situation. There are parents who wait and pray for a baby no matter who the parents are, they just want a baby! But we constantly allow Planned Parenthood to kill those children and there should be a serious uprising by the public to pass this proposition. Let's stop killing these babies and give them life in another's arms. This measure should give girls who are willing to carry the baby to term some kind of monatary reward to adopt them out and that may change the minds of some, a bribe, if you want to call it that as long as it saves infant lives.

What makes anyone think that an out of touch parent will be able to help a teen who is in trouble by being notified of something as critical as an abortion?
