Review your a=Amex agreement, if you did not sign a personal guarantee, then you don't have to pay. Most likely you did though, it is pretty standard nonpublic company cc agreements. I am not sure how you loaned your pension funds to your agency? If it was a qualified pension plan then you and your organization broke federal law by making those loans.
