A definite culture war here: backwardness vs. forwardness.
Still can't believe that there are some women out there who actually buy into Palin's women-ness. For 90%+ women in Brooklyn, we believe Palin is the ultimate ANTI-WOMAN!! And we don't want her brand of culture!!

Holy cow. What agitprop. There's pretty obviously no middle ground (as I've no doubt the author of this screed is aware) between the God given values manifested by decent people, and the evil exploding out of abortion and all the rest of it which The Obamessiah and his communist cadre, his minions and brainless followers hold to so dearly.

The Gov.is a refeshing face compared to the senate of serpents and the house of swine. She has been the most demonized person Ive ever seen in my 77 years. Look at Clinton,Reagan, the peanut man from Ga. all Gov.with no forgien experience.

Um, John, did you read Rodolfo's comment before you wrote yours? Obviously not, otherwise you would have done some real "fact-checking". And since when was "guilty by association" an actual crime? If it were, you might want to take a better look at those that I presume you support.

Mr. Acuna accurately points out that Ayers (a prof. at U of C, an outstanding university) was working with the endorsement of the Annenberg Foundation. So do we call them "terrorists?" This is more than culture wars. This is pure and simple Nazi propaganda. Ugly racism. And Palin is their poster girl. She's from Wasilla. Where they call Obama "the colored guy." Let's take the kid gloves off Palin. Call her on her lies. She's a racist pig. With lipstick. The lowest common denominator. Joe six pack? Worse. Put her in a white hood and cloak and she's very comfortable.

Would someone please define maverick and clarify the fact that by definition a maverick isn't a leader? I'm pretty sure Palin doesn't know what it means. (She just reads the script they give her.) The unbranded rogue kicking around the edge of the herd can't suddenly pull all the herd together and take it in a positive direction with a unifying vision.

Part2-The Right has its problems too, primarily with religious extremism, but not to the extent of the Left's socialism. And for Gods sake, PLEASE STOP SAYING THAT SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE IS IN THE CONSTITUTION. It only proves you have never read the document in the first place! Stop the stupidity! If the founders were alive today they would think their country had been taken over by a treasonous plot!

The problem with the Democratic Party of today is the infiltration of Leftist Ideology. Its actually anti-American. Take a moment to in fact read the founding documents that spell out why this country was founded and what were the important concepts they (founders) had in mind and you will see, if you are intellectually honest with yourself, that the leftist's concept was more or less what they left behind (monarchy) in Europe in the first place.

Anyone who is so blind as to think that Barack Hussein Obama can bridge the social/cultural divide which currently exists in this country, is truly nieve. Not only is he polarizinf this nation even further, his Marxist ideology is an anathema to everything traditionalist Americans have long believed. Heal the wounds? Sorry, but the nation had better be prepaired for open conflict in the streets no matter which way this election comes out.

Palin is more like a Scud missile, not a Katyusha, once fired no one knows where it goes but dangerous if armed with weapons of class destruction.
