LAPD could do what Sarah Palin did as mayor. Charge the victims for their own rape kits. This could speed up the processing of the kits, by out sourcing the work to India or China. And rape could become a profit center for the city.

Simply put, Villaraigosa must go. I voted for the man with full faith in his intelligence and integrity, but one step after another his lack of judgement and his meager managerial skills have left his supporters and the city as a whole holding the bag -- from giving city employees a raise when all reasonable indicators pointed to economic turmoil to his silly game of jacking up trash fees to this: allowing thousand of victims of rape and abuse to suffer from sheer bureaucratic apathy. Villaraigosa must go -- this city deserves so much better.
