I am so sick of hearing ignorant people say "blacks are more racist than whites", that "they are no longer treated unfairly". !!! What? Open your eyes to the criminal, immoral treatment of African Americans to this day, entrenched in 400 years of whips and lynchings and fire hoses. Its been little over 50 years since desegregation. Pretending the problems of race in American disspear like dust in the wind is preposterous. Its blindness

If nothing else, these comments show the failure of our educational system. There isn't a comment here without a misspelling or grammatical error. Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus - and plenty of white Americans AND African-Americans as well. But, as a middle-age, middle-class, white American woman trying to support a family, I don't need more Republican party dishonest election tactics, shocking sell-out of our business infrastructure, dedication to destruction of our environment, and willingness to embrace the most ridiculous and antiquated concepts to appease ultra-right wing religious fanatics.

Race is still a big factor in this campaign. There have been tons of articles where whites have said that they are not voting for Obama because he is black. There are also many Black people who are voting for Obama because he is black. The fact that he is black doesn't make a difference to me. Its a plus, but not a deciding factor. I am a black person and the reasons I voted for Obama go beyond his race. He is just the better choice. The race card will always be played. It is just something that we have to deal with and hope that ignorance won't take over the decision to elect who is best for this country.

To those people that say Black people only vote for Obama because he is Black, do you realize that he is not the only Black person on the ballot? Take a look at Alan Keyes. There are abundant numbers of Black people voting for Obama solely because he is Black, as no less a personage than Howard Stern recently proved with his hilarious interviews with Harlem voters. Harlem voters saying they support pro-life, pro-Iraq War, even pro-Palin, as long as Obama wins. Okaaaayyyy....

You seen "Black Panthers"? You need Buckeyes examineed. Racism is not a "theory" nor are theories shoved down throats. Me thinks you protest too much. DOORSLAM OUT!

The so-called Bradley Effect is just more dubious after-the-fact pseudo science where the conclusions are already drawn and the *research* is merely a scavenger hunt to find supporting data. Real analysis is neither desired nor attempted. Fortunately (or not), this kind of sloppy work is well represented across the political spectrum.

Not surprisingly, 95 % of blacks are voting for Obama, while 46% whites are voting for Obama. Remind me again who the racists are supposed to be in this election? Was it supposed to the be the white people who feared a black President? Um nope, doesn't look like it. Curious to know how many first time voters are black too and who they voted for. My guess is they voted for the black candidate.

racist turmoil is predicted to happen to modern day nations of Israel specifically manasseh and Ephraim (US, Britain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa)including Judah the modern day nation of Israel (the Jews) and its timed at the last end. So whether it be McCain or Obama the curse will happen. If only the US knows how valuable they are to world peace they will not vote untested Obama whose only reason of winning this is by "deceit and flatery" and his ability to deliver "smooth things".

it's about the content of your character (and voting record). I support Barack Obama because he's intelligent and I like his views on the issues important to me. (and I'm a white woman who wouldn't be caught DEAD voting for a ticket with Sarah Palin on it!)
