  • Hey Franco, Nev. law states that not allowing a person to leave a room constitues kidnapping. You are obviously ill-informed on the law.

  • wow this is kinda harsh and who ever the writing sounds like it was jumping to conclusion i mean did they actually see oj doing these things...no. so why are they grammering things this way. i personally think it is possible that he "could have" done the crimes. but the editor of this article must be purely anti-oj. i cant even use this for my school current event...wow

  • How could someone is accused of armed robbery when he tried to recuperate his own property? Oj did not by law kidnapped no one, the charges by law should be holding peolple as hostage and or attemted assault with a deadly weapon. Kidnapping is when you took someone by force from one point to another point and people don't know where you are, also the right word is sequested not kidnapping, because they was no kid involved. Our justice system is unfair and corrupted. Charged a citizen by rules of law and not by how you feel.

  • Was O.J. stupid? Yes! Does he deserve to spend the rest of his life in jail over this and it being his FIRST OFFENSE? No! This is payback...plain and simple....just as the civil trial was. How can you be found not guilty of a murder but be held liable for it? It truly makes no sense. O.J. WILL spend the rest of his life in jail because justice in this country IS NOT blind....and never has been. Period. Michael Jackson figured that out and did what O.J. should have done....just moved to another country to live out his life...free of looking over his shoulder.

  • He shouldn't have any trouble finding someone to play the 'back nine' with him. http://www.wilytrax.com

  • Rob: MAYBE he was black? OJ hasn't been black for years.

  • Happy. You are correct that no one should be in jail for sports memorabilia. But OJ will stay there a long long time for kidnapping, armed robbery and conspiracy. If he had done the right thing, he would not be where he is now.

  • The last trial is irrelevant. He was found not guilty. The only question now is whether he was guilty of this crime, and if so, what punishment he should receive. For the judicial process to operate correctly, the death of his wife has to be forgotten, and he has to be tried on this crime - only. Otherwise you don't have justice, you have payback. And the law doesn't allow for payback. I don't defend the man. I want to see the justice system operating properly. So either this verdict was correct, or not. That's all that matters.
