  • I like your phrasing, Ransome. And it seems from the primaries that people aren't looking for what McCain has to offer. The country is screaming for a change, and McCain is clearly a fossil from another era. Long serving senators are rarely popular or effective as president. Obama has crafted himself into the embodiment of change.

  • The candidates operate on two levels. McCain is an operational thinker that functions within the current paradigm, for example the Surge. Obama is a strategic thinker who will change the paradigm, like getting out. These differences explain lot. McCain cannot understand why Obama would talk to our adversary which is a strategic change. Obama accuses McCain of following George Bush policies. The essential question is what is the best approach? Can we afford to continue within the current paradigm and see what the future holds or do we take a chance and change strategies? The former requires experience while the latter requires judgment.

  • Continued: There are some teens are mature early and capable of adult's duties, like JFK. Then the question is this teenager another JFK? No! How do we know? By look into his life and performance.

  • Experience is critically important for a Precident: life experience, social experience, financial experience, political experience, internationa afair experience and so on. I personally rather live in a family headed by an experienced older person than a teenager. The question to every voter is that should we consider a 40-some-year-old man as a teenager on the world stage, in politics? We have no choice but say yes, no matter how much we like his speeches. To be continued:

  • McCain is well too old to be President. As someone ages, he looses brain neurones who affect the capability to remember and to reason. Also the speed of thinking, talking and memorizing is affected. We don't want and we don't need a handicapped President who makes gaffe after gaffe and is controlled by his lobbyist entourage.

  • Just a statement for the media to take seriously: You are not fooling us, the American people. We know you have decided that Obama should and will be the next president and are doing everything possible to try to brainwash the American public. But: we are on to you. We don't believe most of what we read or see anymore which is a shame. We cannot and will not trust the media; you lie and tell us what you think, not the hard news like it was told to us years ago. Is it a wonder that most now get their news from the internet? You are killing the chickens that laid you. You are destroying yourself.

  • At an age when 99.9% of people are retired, he's signing up for one of the most difficult jobs in the U.S. The Republicans have lost their moorings, The Republicans are fighting against extending unemployment benefits by 13 weeks. As someone who's been unemployed after my bank imploded, I can tell you that the unemployment benefits are poor, but they can keep you alive while you scramble. And McAncient is one of them.

  • I don't really care for both candidates. With age comes experience they say, but look at 8 years of Bush, he wasn't the brightest in his class and JM makes constantly mistakes when it comes to Muslims To choose between JM & BO is chosing between two evils. They are both hypocrites especially Barack Obama. He is not in favour of Gay marriage, but he swears he wants equal rights for everybody, that also includes same-sex marriage. But he has to sit in the front of the bus, while they were already on the bus, sounds very hypocritical to me. That's all i have to say
