More Police = Less Crime, real hard to argue that one. We need to hire more police officers as it is the one proven method that shows direct correlation between spending and crime rates. The education problem is something that can only be solved at home, not with magic computers, smaller classrooms or new textbooks. LAUSD already gets more money per student then the rest of the county baring a few districts. If the residents of South Central cared about their children 's education they would perform better!
