1. Tim, this has been my argument from day one. How much longer is it going to take now/ What should and can be done to move this project a long. The landowner should take a back sea and let someone else drive for a while. This is going to be a very interesting plight, now that the CRA board and community have spoken. What would anyone due, it the governmnet decided that they need your land? If it was for a school or public place, it might ease the pain. but, a shopping center, for profit? will it work/ not sure, just have to wait and see. It's been 16 years already, Check Eli! Its your move!
