Usually it's the president who initiates the hugging -- there must be an etiquette rule on this somewhere -- but in this case it was Ft. Pierce, Fla., pizza place owner Scott Van Duzer who did the full grip and lift on Sept. 9. Van Duzer said anti-Obama people began boycotting his pizza restaurant after the hug pic went viral.
