The California Legislature's approval rating has rebounded from a horrific 9% to a merely terrible 41%.

California is a One Party State. It's controlled by Democrats and government unions.

Be careful of what you wish for.

Popularity ratings are an endless well of opportunity for criticism. Rather than offering up one of my many Ideas That Will Not Work, I suggest we think about how to make representative democracy work best. As long as the Willy Browns get jettisoned on a regular basis it must be working.
