Note: The national Democratic party stripped Florida of its 210 delegates after the state's party leaders moved the primary ahead of a date the national party had approved. That means the winner will be no closer to the total of 2,025 delegates necessary to secure the Democratic nomination.

Note: The national Democratic party stripped Michigan of its 156 delegates after the state's party leaders moved the primary ahead of a date the national party had approved. That means the winner will be no closer to the total of 2,025 delegates necessary to secure the Democratic nomination. Candidates John Edwards and Barack Obama have taken the additional step of withdrawing their names from the ballot. More information
