I bought one and kept it in China for adventure touring. It needs some refinement on the ECU but it ran well in general. In China you don't want to ride faster than 70mph or you will have a very short life. I don't think it is ready for export yet and they can't make enough just for domestic market demand. By the way, Chongqing is located in the Southwest of China. JH means all standard motorcycles made by Jialing, JL means all scooters made by Jialing. It has nothing associated with Honda.
