PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va.—
An Axon, Virginia man is dead after a car wreck in Pittsylvania County..
It happened last night around 7:30 on Route 58.
Police say a car was traveling eastbound when the driver ran off the right side of the road an hit an embankment and a tree.
They say Tonche Hodge was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the crash
Hodge was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating.
