It was a one-stop-shop for all things health for people in Blacksburg on Wednesday.
The Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine hosted a health and wellness fair on campus.
More than one hundred exhibitors were on hand.
Folks could get flu shots, blood pressure checks, nutrition advice and take advantage of other free services.
"We like to say this is for seniors, and future seniors. All of us are going to need a lot of medical care, health care, etc. so they can come by and talk to all of our exhibitors here.it's very much needed," said John Hillison of the Blacksburg AARP.
Organizers say about five hundred people came out.
