A Kentucky Congressman is so confident about his chances of being re-elected next week he is in Virginia campaigning for President Obama.
We talked with John Yarmuth during a stop in Roanoke today. Yarmuth is a Democrat who is pro-coal.
He says characterizing Obama's domestic energy policies as a war on coal is unfair.
We need to "create a sensible policy. One that recognizes that we have a great asset, one that we have to handle carefully. We don't want to pollute our air," Yarmuth said.
Yarmuth represents Kentucky's 3rd district which includes the city of Louisville and the state's northern counties.
