"We really want to bring the film community together, and showcase what Liberty University is offering through this brand new cinematic arts program," said Scotty Curlee, a professor in LU's cinematic arts program and director of this weekend's event.
"Seven Days in Utopia" will be screened Friday night at the Cinemark Movies 10 on Candlers Mountain Road.
Saturday's sessions will be at the Liberty University Law School. The entire event is free and open to the public.
