1:50 p.m. update:
The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office has arrested the mother of the abandoned baby.
18-year-old Viktoria Williams was arrested on a Felony Child Neglect Warrant at the Sheriff's office Saturday night.
She is being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail without bond.

A newborn baby girl was found abandoned in the woods in coastal Virginia Saturday.
CBS affiliate WTKR reports the baby was found south of Williamsburg, in an area called Dandy, last night. Sheriff's deputies say a person was walking nearby, when they heard a baby crying. They found the newborn wrapped in a towel in a swampy area.
Emergency crews think the little girl is no more than a week old.
The infant was taken to a hospital, but medics say it appears she doesn't have any life-threatening injuries.
