CARLISLE, CUMBERLAND COUNTY—If Chrylser is your brand of choice, then the Chrysler Nationals at the Carlisle Fairgrounds is the place to be this weekend. Everything Mopar invades the fairgrounds with three days of displays, events, stars and of course, cars.
The three day event should draw about 50,000 people, all looking to fulfill their Chrysler fix. As with all Carlisle Events' shows, a car corral will offer people the opportunity to take their dream automobile home. There will also be dozens of displays, talks with industry experts and autograph sessions.
The show bringing a little star power to Central Pennsylvania. Daisy and Cooter from Dukes of Hazard will be on the grounds signing autographs while the "King," Richard Petty, will be on site on Sunday.
The show runs from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
