BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY—Prosecutors in the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse trial must disclose to his defense lawyer all current addresses and phone numbers of the alleged victims and their addresses and phone numbers during the time of the alleged crimes.
Presiding Judge John Cleland issued a three page order today. The order also directs the prosecution to turn over any juvenile records of the alleged victims and any psychological evaluations. Judge Cleland wrote that the prosecution has seven days to convince him why the psychological evaluations should remain privileged information.
