Just when you think "Two and a Half Men" has moved passed the Charlie Sheen era, it returns. But it's a little different than you might think.
In an upcoming episode of the highly-rated comedy, Kathy Bates will guest star as the ghost of Sheen's character Charlie Harper. Bates, as Harper, returns from Hell to visit Alan (Jon Cryer) in the hospital after he suffers a heart attack.
This mark the second time that Alan's been hospitalized this season. Early on, he had a complete breakdown and ended up alongside Gary Busey in a mental institution.
Bates is probably best known for her Oscar-winning performance in "Misery." She currently stars in the NBC legal drama "Harry's Law."
The episode is slated to air on April 30.
