Kobe Bryant has started putting together his bulletin-board material for his recovery as he works his way back from Saturday’s surgery to repair a torn Achilles’ tendon.

On Sunday morning, Bryant tweeted an Instagram of the front page of The Times, showing the headline “Injury clouds the future for Bryant, Lakers.” Bryant’s response: “I’m keeping track of all the doubters and haters.”

Bryant was injured on Friday night in a crucial 118-116 victory over the Golden State Warriors. Despite tearing his left Achilles’ tendon, Bryant stayed in the game long enough to convert two free throws to tie the score with just over three minutes remaining.

The Lakers have two regular-season games left, including their battle against the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday night at Staples Center. They’ll also host the Houston Rockets on Wednesday.

Unless the Utah Jazz (42-38) lose at least one of their final two, the Lakers will need to beat both the Spurs and Rockets to make the playoffs.

Of course, if they do, they’ll have the burden of playing either the Oklahoma City Thunder or Spurs without Bryant, sidelined for a minimum of six to nine months.
