American Babies at Acoustic Cafe in Bridgeport on Nov. 3

American Babies is a band that showcases some of the best talents of the Philadelphia music scene, the Americana/soul outlet for Brothers Past member Tom Hamilton. Its record was produced by Bill Moriarty (Dr. Dog, Man Man, Hoots & Hellmouth), and the rotating cast of musicians to grace the stage at its live shows has included Joe Russo (Furthur), Scott Metzger (Gene Ween Band), Dave Driewitz (Ween) and Eric Slick (Dr. Dog), to name a few. Expect some inspired classic soul and Motown covers, along with the originals directly inspired by them.
