Novel Approach: Author Salman Rushdie at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic

Indian-British novelist Salman Rushdie (pictured) will appear at Eastern Connecticut State University to kick off the college's Annual Arts and Lecture Series. He has led an illustrious, nearly forty-year-long career in literature, which recently hit a high point when he was awarded Best of the Booker Prize Awards for his acclaimed second novel, Midnight's Children. He will give his talk on October 4 starting at 7 p.m.
