Corey Wry (of Corey's Catsup and Mustard fame) serves up Hosmer root beer ribs, lobster pierogies with roasted shitake mushrooms, chilled duck spring rolls, crispy CT Blue Point oysters, and warm banana Foster bread pudding with royal ice cream at his fancy new digs, all paired with Jonathan Edwards wines.
