Join Tara Cook-Littman, a certified Holistic Health Counselor, at the Ansonia Nature Center on Sat., Jan. 7 as she leads you through the process of living a more healthy life. If you want to get your kids on board, she'll show you the "Stoplight Method," a way to get kids to eat healthier, developed by local health columnist Dr. David Katz. Registration for this program is a must.
