Rick Perry's hair

Molly Ivins called him Gov. Goodhair, and indeed, Texas Gov. Rick Perry's locks seemed to live a life of their own, not unlike Donald Trump's. I wouldn't be surprised if his coif had its own Facebook page and Twitter following. There hasn't been such a self-conscious male "do" in national politics since John Edwards'. While Perry's hair stood up to the light and heat of national politics, the candidate beneath it did not, and wilted away during the primaries.
