Readers React: Obama’s political move on immigration

To the editor: If nothing else, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has his nerve.

He blasts Obama for deferring executive action on immigration issues for another two months — so as to preclude the GOP from energizing its anti-immigration base in likely close November elections — while McConnell’s own party routinely stalls congressional proposals by blocking roll-call votes that might cost Republican candidates support at the polls.
