First Look: Smokey Bones

Orlando-based Darden Restaurants created the original brand, but after selling the chain to Boca Raton-based Sun Capital Partners earlier this year, the new owners are unveiling a new look and a new philosophy for the barbecue chain. The Smokey Bones at 303 N. Alafaya Trail in Waterford Lakes is the first location to show off the new look. New signs feature an updated logo sporting a flame inside the "O" in "Bones" and an altered name.
