In 2008, the locally-based company signed an alliance with IHG hotel company to create the time-share brand Holiday Inn Club Vacations, which includes resorts in locations such as Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Lake Geneva, Wisc.; and Gatlinburg, Tenn. Orange Lake's flagship property in Kissimmee was established in 1982 by Holiday Inn founder Kemmons Wilson.
