A mother's grief

Elisa Ortega weeps at the grave of her son, Luis Rivera, at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Orlando on Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Luis, 15, was killed by a street racer who hit him while Luis was riding his bike. The same man that killed Luis had previously killed another person in a street race before. Elisa is filled with grief and frustration that charges have still not been filed against the man.
