(WB, Friday at 8:30 p.m.)This new half-hour comedy centers on 15-year-old Molly Stage (Reagan Dale Neis) who like most girls her age feels as if she's surrounded by a family of freaks. Molly's torturous coming of age plays out in a house crammed with odd knick-knacks and even odder people, headed by an insanely frugal mother (Julia Sweeney, "Saturday Night Live") and a soccer-obsessed dad (Fred Willard, "Best in Show"). Recently emerged from braces and baby fat, Molly is determined to blossom...if the Stages don't make her wilt.
