Blue skies and mild days: Heading to Seattle in May for three days before taking a cruise to Alaska, Judy Moore of Kissimmee says she packed raincoats and umbrellas, expecting typical Seattle weather: cool and damp. However, she says it was sunny skies and mild temperatures, so she could enjoy photographing landmarks such as the Space Needle, built for the 1962 World's Fair. Judy says the pleasant weather followed her during the whole cruise: "Can you imagine 84 degrees in Juneau, Alaska?"
