The big QB with the big arm has weapons at Oviedo -- like Trevor Berry -- who enable him to air it out and he takes advantage. An All-Seminole County selection last season, Bortles broke the Seminole Athletic Conference single-season passing record with 2,472 yards. He completed 197 of 337 attempts, with 23 touchdowns and 11 interceptions for a 3-7 team. Sentinel Scout Ty Ensor's AnalysisBortles is a three year starter for Oviedo.
