Winston Cup officials place a restrictor plate in the engine of the No. 7 Sirius Satellite Radio Dodge of Casey Atwood before the Pepsi 400 race at Daytona International Speedway. Restrictor plates are used only for a few of the NASCAR events, including the races at Daytona.
