Crush come back to upset Storm
John Dutton threw a 5-yard touchdown pass to Damien Harrell with two seconds left as the visiting Colorado Crush defeated Tampa Bay on Sunday, snapping the Storm's eight-game winning streak.
Colorado (2-10) trailed 35-10 at halftime and 42-23 at the end of the third quarter.
Tampa Bay (9-3) had the ball deep in Colorado territory but failed to score on a fourth-and-goal with 22 seconds left, giving the Crush one final shot to win the game.
Dutton finished 26-for-38 for 340 yards, six touchdowns, and an interception. Charlie Davidson caught 11 passes for 136 yards and three touchdowns. Harrell finished with 10 catches for 142 yards and three scores.
Tampa Bay's John Kaleo completed 23 of 34 passes for 308 yards and three touchdowns.
Desperados take OT win
Andy McCullough caught a 37-yard touchdown pass in overtime as the visiting Dallas Desperados defeated the Chicago Rush 60-54.
Jim Kubiak was 18-of-33 for 250 yards and five touchdowns for Dallas (7-5). McCullough caught eight passes for 115 yards and three scores.
Billy Dicken threw for 204 yards and five touchdowns for Chicago (5-7). Antonio Chatman caught four touchdowns for the Rush.
