2008 All Central Florida Football (Offense)

All-Central Florida Offense
Player of the Year

RB Kwamaine Brown

Osceola, 5-9/188, Sr.

Kwamaine "Bubba" Brown and Jamarcus Allen met once on the football field during a meaningless preseason game. But these sharp-dressed men remember. Allen, Boone's standout defensive lineman, remembers Brown wreaking havoc on his defense. "We couldn't tackle him, couldn't wrap up," Allen said this week, remembering the game.

Brown, Osceola's superstar running back, remembers, too. He remembers his offense having trouble blocking Allen. "Him and the other one," Brown said, referring to Allen and Johnell Thomas, Boone's other standout defensive lineman. "They were the reason they made the state finals." For the next two football seasons, Brown and Allen made sure defenses and offenses remembered their dominant performances. The seniors end their careers as the Sentinel's offensive and defensive All-Central Florida players of the year.
