With the Champs Sports Bowl getting underway soon at the Florida Citrus Bowl, fans from both Notre Dame and FSU are excited for the opportunity it gives both teams.
A massive pep rally was held Wednesday afternoon at Pointe Orlando, and the place was packed with plenty of green and garnet & gold!
About 500 fans showed up for each team, and the noisy crowds were treated to performances by both schools' marching bands and cheerleading squads.
This bowl game is a dream match-up with college football's most storied team, Notre Dame, facing Florida State University in the new Jimbo Fisher era.
When this powerhouse lineup was announced, tickets to the game became a red-hot commodity and for the first time in the bowl's history, the Champs Sports Bowl is sold out!
The pending battle between two very popular national teams adds to the fans' furor as they cheer for the game.
