Titusville Astronaut/FSU/East Mississippi C.C. Ht: 6-3 Wt: 305 Class: 2011 Recruiting Buzz: Nicknamed ¿Bear,¿ Cummings spent a season at East Mississippi College after two seasons at Florida State. A native of Titusville, Cummings attended Astronaut High ¿ the same school that produce Gators¿ legends Wilbur Marshall and Cris Collinsworth. Cummings should add depth to the middle of the Gators' defense. In 2012, he tallied 26 tackles, three sacks and two quarterback hurries for an 8-2 team that finished ranked 15th in the national polls. With Cummings as its anchor, East Mississippi¿s defense yielded an average of just 74.2 rushing yards. At FSU, Cummings appeared in three games as a true freshman and two games as a sophomore before an injury cost him most of the 2011 season.
