"He played a long time ago," Howard said, chuckling.
"I don't think nobody's going to catch the 100-points record. But he's my favorite player. Every night, I just picture myself playing against those guys, because that's what I want to be when I finish playing."

Howard faced some questions about Golden State's reported interest in acquiring him in a trade even though Howard and his agent have made it clear he has no desire to sign long-term with the Warriors.
"It's humbling to have teams interested in me to come to their city and play," Howard said.
"Fans all over want me to play on their team. It's great. It's an experience that I'll never forget. No matter what happens, I'm just going to go out and continue to do what I can to help the team that I'm on now win a championship. That's my only goal."
