+ Carter Oosterhouse of HGTV's "Million Dollar Rooms" will be speaker at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The topic will be "10 Renovation Tips You Need to Know." Oosterhouse will speak at noon and 3 p.m. each day in the Festival Center. This weekend's Flower Power concert will feature Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone. Show times are 5:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The exhibit encourages exploration and problem solving, and it features characters from the popular children's television program.
