Dennis Duffy of Daytona Beach Shores spent a couple of months wandering around India and Nepal. When he was in Udaipur, India, "basically it rained for four days straight," he said. "Just before sunset on the third day, the sun broke through a hole in the clouds, producing the contrasts and reflections he captured to show off the "city of lakes." In addition to the lakes and the surrounding Aravalli Range of mountains, Udaipur has massive forts, temples, palaces, museums and gardens that help make it the second most popular tourist destination in Rajasthan state, behind Jaipur.
