Coachella: Performance times announced

Share

So many performances, so little time. Or is it the other way around?

That depends on how many acts you want to try and catch at the 2015 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio this weekend, whether you’re attending in person, watching a live stream on YouTube or listenign on Sirius XM Radio.

It also depends, for example, if your preference for Friday night is to see and hear Alabama Shakes, Interpol, Lykke Li, Pete Tong or R3hab, all of whose sets overlap, or dash from one to another. Ditto Saturday, when Jack White, FKA Twigs and Tyler the Creator perform almost concurrent sets, preceded by overlapping sets by Father John Misty, Kasabian, Duke Dumont, DJ Harvey and, well, you get the idea.

COMPLETE COVERAGE: 2015 COACHELLA VALLEY MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL

So many options are part of the fun at Coachella, and part of the challenge. Making your choices will be easier, though, now that the daily performance schedule has been released for this weekend. (The schedule for the second Coachella weekend, also sold out, will likely be similar, but not identical, judging by past years.)

So, start planning now. Or, if you’re a seasoned or aspirational slacker, don’t.
