Moscow-born, Alaska-raised, and Brooklyn-based electronic composer/performer Olga Bell wrote, produced, and performed the entirety of her 2016 third LP, “Tempo.” Bell is opening for UK’s Floating Points, the alias of electronic musician and neuroscientist Sam Shepard.
