Marc and Linda Lipscomb, of Bel Air, announce the marriage of their daughter, Christina Lipscomb, to Christopher Abrams, son of Walter and Kerry Abrams, of Port Deposit, on Sept. 10, 2011 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Bel Air.
The Maid of honor was the bride's best friend, Michele Limmer. The bridesmaids were Caitlin Lipscomb, sister of the bride, Mandy Jones, cousin of the bride, Jasmine Thomas and Becky Schwartz, friends of the bride. The flower girls were Alexis Abrams, daughter of the couple and Mia Abrams, niece of the groom.
The best men were Brian Abrams and Walter Abrams Jr., brothers of the groom. The groomsmen were Forney Buchanan, Dale Alexander, and Andrew DeShaw, friends of the groom. The ring bearer was Tyler Abrams, nephew of the groom.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of the Institute of Notre Dame and attended the Community College of Baltimore County. She is a volunteer firefighter/EMT and works as a 911 dispatcher for Harford County Emergency Operations. The groom is a 2004 graduate of Perryville High School and attended the Community College of Baltimore County. He works as a 911 dispatcher for Harford County Emergency Operations and is also an EMT for Harford County EMS Foundation. He is a volunteer firefighter/EMT for Cecil County.
A reception with family and friends followed at Level Volunteer Fire Company.
