Harford County sheriff's deputies and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Samuel Elijah Brown, 22, of the 400 block of South Law Street, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas B. Conn, 33, of the 500 block of East Michaelsville Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in a case in which he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Corey Aaron Brown, 42, of the 900 block of South Stepney Road, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday in a case in which he was charged with fourth-degree burglary.

Guy Odell Hall, 29, of the 100 block of Brannan Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree escape.

Jamie Lynn Jacob, 31, and Joseph Matthew Gilbert, 31, both of the first block of Liberty Street, were charged Wednesday with second-degree assault.

Lonnie Oneil Williams, 32, of the 200 block of South Law Street, was charged Wednesday with failure to register as a sex offender.

A mountain bike was stolen Tuesday in the first block of Liberty Street.

Jaquan R. Purvis, 29, of the 3400 block of Shrewsbury Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

JoAnne Banner, 55, of the 3800 block of Memory Lane, was arrested on a bench warrant Tuesday in case in which she was charged with vandalism.

Nicholas E. Dement, 20, of the 3800 block of Philadelphia Road, was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

A small electronic notebook was stolen Tuesday in the 100 block of Waldon Road.

Juveniles vandalized a residence Tuesday on Copper Ridge Road.

Kids were pointing green lasers at cars Wednesday on Laurel Bush Road and Hookers Mill Road.

Shots were heard fired Wednesday in the 3200 block of Wilson Avenue.

A vehicle was vandalized Wednesday in the 1400 block of Abingdon Road.

Bel Air

A man was lying in his vehicle near a bus stop Tuesday at Lochern Terrace and Redfield Road.

There was a possible break-in Tuesday in the 1300 block of Allenby Court.

A vehicle window was broken Tuesday in the 1300 block of Gates Head Drive.

There was an attempted break-in Tuesday in the 600 block of Derringer Drive.

Darlington

Rod Richard Smith, 57, of the 3900 block of Paddrick Road, was charged Wednesday with first- and second-degree assault.

Edgewood

Dashawn Robertson, 21, of the 1900 block of Edgewater Drive, was charged Tuesday with altering an alcohol test.

Pamela Lynn Stables, 35, and Reginald Darnell Thompson, 42, both of the 800 block of Sleepy Hollow Court, were charged Wednesday with first- and second-degree assault.

Maranda E. Conway-Hines, 19, of the 2800 block of Beckon Drive, was charged Wednesday with theft less than $1,000 and theft scheme less than $1,000.

Juveniles were destroying property Tuesday at Chipper Drive and Steven Drive.

Items were stolen Tuesday in the 1800 block of Pulaski Highway.

There were gambling and drugs in the 800 block of Windstream Way Wednesday.

A wallet was stolen Wednesday in the 2500 block of Perry Avenue.

A van window was busted out Wednesday in the 1400 block of Pulaski Highway.

Someone was trying to break in to mailboxes Wednesday on Acorn Ridge Court and Woodbridge Center Way.

Fallston

Benjamin M. Gerick, 20, of the first block of Fallston View Court, was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.

There was a shoplifter Tuesday at Walmart.

A mailbox was run over Wednesday in the 2900 block of Fallston Road.

Forest Hill

A garage was broken into Tuesday in the 2400 block of Edwards Manor Drive.

Havre de Grace

Melissa Ann Hankins, 33, of the 600 block of Bourbon Street, was charged Wednesday with theft less than $100.

Havre de Grace police report:

Someone tried to break into a home in the 100 block of Armstrong Avenue sometime between Saturday and Monday. Glass on a rear door was broken.

Someone broke into a home in the 400 block of Webb Lane on Tuesday and stole some items.

Someone stole garden logs from a backyard in the 800 block of South Union Avenue on Tuesday.

A student was smoking marijuana on a bus Wednesday on Route 40 and Joppa Farm Road.

There was a possible attempted break-in Wednesday in the 4200 block of Baylis Court.

Pylesville

Tammy Rebecca Neaves, 45, of the 400 block of Wheeler School Road, was arrested on two bench warrants Wednesday in cases in which she was charged with second-degree assault and violating a protective order.

Other reports

Sheldon McDonald, 49, of the 2700 block of Springill Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Tuesday with driving while impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and failure to display registration card to a police officer on demand.

Thomas Michael McCroy, 22, of the 2900 block of NE 7th Avenue in Pompano, Fla., was charged Wednesday with marijuana possession.

Addam Stephen Gillrup, 48, of the 4900 block of Laurel Green Way in Jacksonville, Fla., was charged Wednesday with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession, having a handgun in a vehicle and a handgun on his person.

Davon Johnson, 22, of the 4100 block of Dudley Avenue in Baltimore, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, failure to obey a lawful order, resisting arrest and second-degree assault of law enforcement.
