Aberdeen

Paul R. Woodruff, 46, of the 300 block of Stevens Circle, was charged on an arrest warrant Thursday with two counts of theft more than $500.

Steven Jacko, 35, of the 600 block of Cornell Street, who was being held at the Harford County Detention Center, was arrested on two bench warrants Friday in cases where he was charged with fourth-degree sexual offense and two counts of second-degree assault.

Olujimi N. Halley, 27, of the 900 block of Edmund Street, was charged Saturday with theft less than $100 and marijuana possession.

Eric Clifford Ashwood-Cramer, 32, of the 1400 block of South Philadelphia Boulevard, was charged Sunday with failure to obey designated lane directions and driving without the required license and authorization.

Robert Marshall Jenifer, 54, of the 700 block of Girard Street, was charged Sunday with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, unauthorized removal of property, theft between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft less than $1,000.

Havre de Grace police report:

A mother was arguing with her daughter, who had locked herself in a bathroom at a restaurant, on Friday. On Saturday, the daughter assaulted the mother, leaving visible marks on the mother's face, in the 800 block of Giles Street. The 14-year-old was charged with second-degree assault.
